Cancellations

At ZLR Styles LLC, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, the deposit will not be refunded but can be used towards the price of your next scheduled service. Want to find out more? Late Arrivals

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
